ZIO provided two user friendly apps to control the lighting and audio features. The entire property’s audio and lighting systems are now controllable from an IPad through a central network. They can walk around and adjust levels from any location adding convenience and saving man hours. The design for the audio included originating all of the audio from one location and distributing it over the network digitally, in real time, to all of the different systems throughout the property. ZIO updated the audio and lighting controls in every meeting room, ballroom salon, and everywhere there was an individual zone of audio.

Further, they had the ability to log into the server and manage credentials for audio or lighting features for any room or zone. Credentials can be customized to give specified access to event staff, engineering, or even an individual guest. To upgrade the cable system and make operations more efficient, ZIO added a cutting edge DirecTV public viewing system. It has a feature called media tune that allow food and beverage workers to scroll through the entire DirecTV guide and then drag that program into specific TV that’s in that area. We built out an entire independent network with a fiber-backbone that services all of the audio visual control systems, and distributed DirecTV public viewing system so that they have access to watch DirecTV programming throughout the property.
