The system is comprised of four Crestron distributed audio zones and three distributed audio/video zones. The video zones include 5.1-channel media room and two stereo rooms.

The home’s current security system was upgraded to work with the Crestron system and made accessible on each touch screen throughout the home. The video surveillance system features multiple cameras that allow the homeowner to view images from the main and guesthouse from any device. A front door call box with a color camera and a weatherproof camera for the pool area was installed for additional safety and security measures. The surveillance system also features an eight channel DVR with Internet capability.
