For this project, Clarehome’s flagship product was used to help fit the homeowner’s needs in terms of scalability and customization. ClareHome is the first home automation system that is managed from the cloud that runs on a Mac. It is a software platform used to tie all other reliable hardware platforms such as lighting and security. By utilizing ClareHome, The New American Home is configured, deployed, serviced and monitored from the cloud while the system runs locally in the home.

ZIO designed this New American Home to feature structured wiring and control systems that provide a high-end experience with advanced lighting controls, motorized shading, a security system, video surveillance, two media systems, pool and fountain controls and a central vacuum.
