Our client for this project wanted to bring her Italian heritage into her new kitchen. An hand-painted mural, carried in her luggage from Italy, was to be the centerpiece. The cabinets are painted in a soft saffron yellow. The tile counter tops and back splash are also imported Italian tile. A lowered counter top, a pot filler faucet, and a commercial grade gas range were elements needed to accommodate homemade pasta making. Glass door cabinets showcase her extensive collection of cookbooks and a small wine bar completes the emphasis on good, wine, good food, & good friends.
