In addition to an interior remodel project, we were asked to help with the back yard. The requirements were: A new, larger cedar deck with hot tub, a larger concrete patio and a separate dog kennel to house two dogs who needed to be separated. Features of the dog kennel were to be: heated and air conditioned, indoor and outdoor space, windbreak for the outdoor access, interior sloped concrete floor with drain, completely hose-down-able interior and a wash down hose.
