Key Largo
This 2000+ square foot home is a quick getaway for our clients; it’s located on the northern tip of the Keys. The client is a serious art collector so the high walls were kept an off white to allow for light in the space and to be the backdrop for their art collections.
They liked the idea of using vintage bamboo furniture from the thirties for their living room. We then accented the room with small metal pull up drink tables. The color palette of beige, brown, blacks and corals were used to compliment their African textiles (which were made into pillows for their sofa).
The Master Bedroom was an evolution; when they purchased the home they bought the previous owner's master bedroom furnishings. Therefore, the room design began by tying the new fabrics and bedding to the original (existing) upholstery. They requested a color scheme of celadon and shades of berry.
