For this stately three-story Georgian home Gil Walsh Interiors took a more informal approach at the request of the owners who wanted a comfortable place to raise their child and entertain friends and business colleagues. The décor did not follow the strict dictates of the Georgian style but was slightly less formal giving a feeling of warmth and luxurious comfort to the public and private rooms. With sixteen rooms, in addition to servant’s quarters on the third floor, Gil Walsh reconfigured the third floor creating two additional guest suites and a home office. The lower level was redesigned into a large entertainment room with requisite walk-in wine cellar.
