Kimta Classic
Studio Ash’s latest renovation took a once dated space and turned it into a bright and welcoming kitchen that reflected the clients’ desire for a clean, neutral aesthetic complete with updated amenities. By partially removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, this new layout allows for an abundance of natural light to flood in while also creating an opportunity for seating at the counter - a top priority on the client’s wishlist.
Laminate counters were replaced with new quartz, while a large double sink, modern faucet, and hot water dispenser added modern sensibility and functionality to the kitchen. To complement the refreshed look, many additional storage solutions, like a LeMans cabinet tucked into the corner, sheet and tray storage, and open shelving enhance the kitchen’s practicality.
Beyond the kitchen, the ensuite and laundry room were revitalized and modernized to carry keep up with the new kitchen. A custom double vanity now brings added functionality and an abundance of storage to the ensuite, while a new stacked pair of appliances in the laundry room is flanked with compact yet impactful storage.
