This Mid Century beauty had a kitchen cruelly compartmentalized from the rest of the home without any consideration for the vaulted ceilings, skylights, and potential for killer backyard access. Swede Design Partner Studio Hemma (and the clients) knew the walls had to go and with a completely revitalized layout and new accordion-style patio doors, this kitchen now sings its mid-century roots loud and proud.

Beyond the kitchen, this project also touched a pantry, media unit, two bathrooms, and supplementary built-ins - carrying custom Swede cabinetry throughout the full main floor of the home. A true full-home revival of this mid-century gem of a home.
