This renovation sought to preserve the character of this older two-family home while offering a much-needed update. In the kitchen four doorways and two windows presented challenges for counter space, but with high ceilings and adventurous spirits we came up with a clever and cozy spot to prepare meals, enjoy reading the paper on a Sunday morning, and even relax with friends.
