Living Room/Kitchen/Master Bathroom Remodel

Feeling settled in their 1980's home, these homeowners decided to invest in updating their original home rather than moving to a newer one. The kitchen was updated with all new cabinetry, countertops, stainless steel appliances, flooring, and lighting. The wall between the kitchen and living room was opened up and replaced with a seated bar to create the more popular open floor plan feel. A large stained built in piece was created in the back of the living room, complete with a wine fridge, wine glass storage, wine bottle storage, and various shelves and cabinets for miscellaneous storage areas. The powder bath and laundry room both got brand new cabinetry and granite countertops and the study and dining room each got a facelift too, with new flooring and lighting. The master bathroom was dramatically transformed from a dark, cramped space to an elegant and bright master retreat. Gorgeous tile work, a frameless glass shower, spacious soaker tub and stunning white cabinetry make this space an absolute dream.

Note: This Master Bathroom was named a finalist for the 2013 Houston's Best Prism Awards.
