After purchasing a beat up bungalow full of potential, this young couple set out on a full home remodel to reclaim the charm and beauty of this little gem. Shiplap was carefully removed from the original house and reinstalled throughout the living room and new vaulted ceiling, followed by a whitewash finish to give the look of old/new. Beautiful new windows and doors, refinished floors and paint inside and out. The bathroom was gutted and modernized with a neutral black, gray, and white palette, using brassy gold for extra glam. The outdoor space was completely resurfaced and received new lighting, a sleek new gate, and space for entertaining. The outside guest suite got all new surfaces, tile, and a fresh coat of paint. The exterior of the home transformed completely with paint, windows, roof, lighting and a new front door. From old to new while keeping it's character and charm...now THAT'S a happy ending.
