Master Bedroom Suite

A Master Bedroom Suite, consisting of four spaces: Bedroom, Bathroom, Toilet Room, and Sitting Room, needed privacy and softness at the windows. Custom window treatments with wonderful details were designed for this relaxing space.

In the Master Bedroom, this closeup of the asymmetrical Moreland valance shows the custom finished French pole, the tassle trim, and larger key tassels at each end. Hunter Douglas Silhouettes provide privacy with a view by day, and close at night.

The adjacent Master Bath relies on wood blinds for privacy. A soft geometric valance with bead trim at the hem adds gentle curves above the blinds. The client loved two options of trim, so we used one in this space, and another trim in the small toilet room.

This is a closeup of the valance in the small toilet room. The bead trim includes a geometric overlay of threads. The fabric repeats the soft spa blues which are also in the Master Bedroom.

On the other side of the Master Bedroom is this Sitting room, with warmer and deeper colors. The soft greens of the wall relate to the blue-greens in the Master Bedroom. The valance repeats the colors of a stencilled furniture cabinet opposite the window. Hammered nailheads were added at the top...
