Walls were removed between the original dining room and kitchen. A wood ceiling was added to create a consistent flow through the main part of the house with pot lights and speakers integrated. Kitchen hosted a panel ready appliances on the high cabinet wall with a white wall oven and microwave to minimize the 'busyness' of this open concept house. The yellow brick wall was cleaned and left as is. Note the 9' sliding door in the dining room, used to maximize light into the space.

In progress! All window openings were adjusted and tweaked allowing for 9' sliding doors, walk out access to the south side in three locations, and operating windows. The roof leaked upon purchase of the home - note the tarps covering the roof and faulty skylights.
