This home is a ICF construction 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 7 car garage with a large timber frame porch on a private lake.

This home was suppose to look old, and with that we detailed this beautiful garage doors with oversized wall sconces. There are 5 garage doors on 2 levels.

Correctly placing a design on a lot is critical. The timber frame porch overlooking the water and facing south west was the feature of this outdoor space.

The 4' wide 200lb chandelier for the 2.5 storey great room. Every glass bead was added by hand in white gloves. The challenge was assembling the scaffolding on the brand new and absolutely perfect solid maple floor and not denting it with the weight the the scaffolding.

Pulling the details together is always the fun part. Getting this oversized stove into place overtop of the perfect floor is always stressful.

The engineered beams of what will be the 2 floor garage, 7 bay garage. Even the garage will have a water view.

The ICF has been poured up to the main floor, eventually formed and poured to the eaves. The opening in the centre is the eventual glass and open tread staircase. The water is visible in the background.
