A modern spin on a tired townhouse. This 3-storey condo townhouse once had bedrooms without windows, dark spaces, drab paint colours, it was ready for a makeover.

A complete top-to-bottom renovation brought new life to this home. A three-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. All new electrical fixtures and extensive pot lighting added much-needed light to the space, with a lighter, more neutral palette that allowed new wood features and tile details to become the focus.

With a new coat of paint throughout, door hardware upgrades, new lighter wide plank flooring and well-padded quality carpet, the transformation was quick. With the reallocation of space on the second floor, every bedroom got great glass exposure and ensuite bath access.

The main level living room hosts a linear gas fireplace with a recessed TV and stereo integration. With a second TV/kids' room on the second floor, giving space for everyone.

All three bathrooms were entirely renovated, although the primary suite saw the greatest improvement with a large ensuite with glass shower, custom millwork, in-floor heat, cedar accent wall, custom vanity and transom window to bring in natural light.

The large master suite, formerly a studio workspace, was transformed with a dark painted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling wall of velvet curtains, and a rough-hewn wood headboard custom-built to anchor the large space. His and her walk-in closets were added too.

On the 3rd floor, the once transient space was transformed into a large sunny office with windows on three sides with bright, wide plank flooring. Walking out to a rooftop terrace that was transformed into an outdoor TV watching area, concrete counter and bar, firepit with built-in seating and elevated sun deck with insulated planters, year-round shrubbery - a true rooftop oasis.
