This is a favorite of mine because the clients were so easy to work with and the finished product is stunning! These are Milgard Tuscany Series Premium Exterior Vinyl Finish "Chocolate". What a fun project; we removed some giant rough sawn exterior trim boards, converted a "rake" or "gable" window to an arch top, filled in a bell tower entry that had become a sanctuary for dirty birds, and added some custom stucco work to accent the front windows and facade. Oh, and of course we made the house more energy efficient by replacing the original single pane aluminum frame windows with Milgard Tuscany Premium "nail-fin" windows with Suncoat Max and Argon. These are not "Retrofit" windows.
