It's not very often that someone hands you the keys to their brand new home the day after closing escrow so you can tear out 5 sets of doors. That's basically what happened on this project. The client wasn't satisfied with the builder's "custom" options so he reached out to Samson.
We installed one 16' x 8' 6-Panel and one 6' x 8' 2-Panel Bi-Folding Doors. As well as a 14' x 8' 3-Panel Pocketing Multi-Slide Door. All by AG Millworks of course.
The pocketing multi slide allowed the client to expand the outdoor living area to a more functional arrangement. This wouldn't have been possible with the original window configuration that came standard with the home.
