The remodel and addition for this project occurred on the rear of the home. This had less impact with city planning, since the changes are not visible from the street. The new kitchen and family room spaces are characterized by soaring ceilings, wide open floor plan and plenty of natural light. The unique roof design provides a beautiful visual from the back yard. The location of the new space is just around the corner from the dining area, providing good access from the new kitchen.
