Updating a dated kitchen was the motivation for this client. The scope of work extended to an interior remodel. Spaces and layout were kept close to original, with the exception of small additons made to intersect a front set-back line. Trim and finshes needed to reflect the traditional style of furnishings and decoarative pieces. The front of the existing ranch was transformed into a facade more suitable to the owners interior style changes.
