This new home was a ground up build for us. Standard framing was used in conjunction with spray foam insulation and air sealing to establish a tight envelope (to fight against infiltration and energy loss). Interior air was kept fresh and healthy my using low VOC finshes and heat recovery ventilation. Style is open with lots of natural light. Two wings on second floor separate adult and kids spaces. Simple finishes and trim accentuate overall layouts and space. Solar power and hot water systems were added later.
