New Rebuilt Home
The original home was constructed in 1985 and had additions and renovations of various quality. The original project was a total renovation including a new 3rd car garage, large new master bedroom suite, new kitchen and outdoor dining and higher ceilings throughout.
Through cost estimates, it was determined to be cheaper to tear down to the foundation, add onto the foundation, and rebuild new. This was also more economical than a total rebuild with new foundation.
New features include a huge Dining Room, open Kitchen with large adjacent Living Room with views to the wooded backyard, a large Master Bedroom Suite, and third car garage, and built in storm shelter.
