Private Residence Additions and Renovations
This 1980's home, while maintained well over the years was never updated. The purchasers are empty nesters. They wanted to add a formal Dining Room and enlarge the kitchen. With the deep front yard we added a nice front porch, then the owner decided he wanted another covered porch on the back, a little larger at 10' x 40'.
New exterior walls are Texas rubble stone to complement the existing brick and brighten up the exterior.
The kitchen was totally gutted and enlarged. The new will include a working entertainment island, and the kitchen was opened up to the main living space.
Master bath was also gutted and enlarged.
