The owner wanted to take advantage of any available space in the home for use as living space before adding on. By finishing out the attic, it opened up the existing second living room from being the childrens' homework and play room to be an actual adult living space. The view from the third floor dormers allow for great views of sunsets and watch airplanes approach for landing in the far distance.
