The homeowners of this Mid-Century home are young design professional with two small girls. The kitchen had been updated decades ago and did not function well for them nor did it meet their needs stylistically. They wanted an open floor plan that reflected the homes mid-century past while allowing them to live and entertain more effectively. The new layout gives them a wide open space for dining, cooking and entertaining.
