There was a wall in the middle of the kitchen! One of many reasons it was time for this artist/baker and her family to remodel their kitchen. The possibilities to open up sightlines throughout the space to gain views of the lake were endless. In addition to the view, she wanted to create a dedicated space for her to bake and decorate cakes and cookies for her small culinary business. The new kitchen had to be hyper-functional while being an inviting place for the family to gather and entertain.
