This backyard makeover enlarged & resurfaced a cramped patio area and connected it to a new fire pit circle, increasing the usable space of the yard. The wall of the veggie raised planter can be used for extra seating by the fire as well as comfy chairs (not in picture.) The sound of water coming out of the urn in the tiled fountain can be enjoyed from both the eating area and the fire pit sitting area. Landscape trees like flowering Plum, Acer Palmatum, Acer Griseum, Chitalpa and Ceanothus are lit up at night, as well as the fountain.
