A combination of minor structural changes transitioned this small, cramped kitchen into a roomy, albeit not large, efficient work space. Special attention was given to the layout to maximize inches as were space-conscious appliances such as a Miele dishwasher and Liebherr refrigerator. In lieu of a permanent island, a small moveable cart was added for additional work space and storage. Vetrazzo glass countertops, Lyptus butcher-block and Marmoleum flooring are some of the featured materials.
