Woodinville Brookside
Adding 280 square feet to this kitchen, as part of a larger home addition, was the key to gaining a better functioning kitchen. Decorative posts and a coffered ceiling disguise the structural elements while opening up the family room to the new kitchen area. The large island features three separate levels which easily accommodates simultaneous use. A commercial Viking cooktop with a decorative wood hood and glass mosaic tiles serve as the new focal point. Offside features include a separate desk area and wine area with built-in cooler. Materials were chosen for their traditional elements yet contemporary flair.
