This classic home required a meticulous remodel with the utmost care and attention. The kitchen, living area with wet bar, master bathroom and both guest bathrooms were the largest portions of the project. The home also had multiple structural and mold issues that had to be resolved.
The kitchen and main living area changed most dramatically. These once divided spaces are now one large and inviting living space with an island in between. These previously dark and gloomy spaces are now filled with natural light as well as new LED lighting to brighten the rooms. The custom cabinetry is beautiful and functional providing the owners with both culinary and storage space.
The inspiration for the master bath came from the owner’s desire to have a luxurious space that reminded her of a bathroom located in one of her favorite vacation spots. While the space is small compared to some master bathrooms, the luxurious custom marble work creates an amazing look and feel.
The other two bathrooms in the house were completely demolished and rearranged. The baths now accommodate the owners needs as well as their preferences for expertly designed custom cabinetry and tile work.
The final product is a remarkable transformation resulting in a livable space that the owners are pleased to call home.
