Waterfront Farm
Large waterfront farm in Maryland with several outbuildings including main house, guest cottages, barns, pool house, boat house, boat sheds, equipment sheds, gymnasium, formal gardens and greenhouses. Wiedemann Architects developed a language for the main house and surrounding outbuildings that is inspired by the original 19th century farm. Buildings within the Critical Area buffer were constructed or re-purposed over their original footprint with flood resistant construction. All new work was designed with the goal of unifying the various structures as a consistent complex.
