This large and beautiful home was vacant when I was called in to evaluate its sellable condition. The homeowners had recently remodeled the home and weren't too convinced that the home needed staging, but after carefully reviewing so many of my past and current projects, and learning about their results, they agreed to fully stage the home and create an inviting space that was neutral in decor and furnishings, but that had an impactful punch drawing in the right buyers.

The home sold in 6 days for $1.7 million, 7% above its full asking price. They were so impressed with my work and the results, that they had me stage the sons home, who wasn't even on the market or thinking about selling his home.

This is one of my favorite projects because it really showed the importance of how much a difference a fully staged home makes compared to vacant homes.

You would never go to a top home builders development and see vacant model homes. All the builders model homes are fully staged because they know that you only get one chance at making that first impression on your today buyers.
