After our initial consultation, the owners accepted my recommendation to make cosmetic enhancements to the home. To be clear the home had a very clean, but unemotional look and feel to the decor.

I brought the home to life by using my accessory package creating an emotional connection with the intended audience.

The home sold in 2 days with multiple offers 10% above the full asking price with the owners getting an additional $150,000. Needless to say, the owners and the real estate agent were happy with the final result and the return on investment was beyond anyone's expectations. In fact, the real estate agent listed the neighbors house on the heels of this very successful listing.
