This cozy Lakefront home presented some unique challenges with low ceilings in the living quarters, and even lower ceilings in the basement, as the owners were looking to sell this home.

With every challenge we create an opportunity. How do you draw the visual attention away from the low ceilings? You find other more important points of interest, and you make that the focus of the homes attention.

We created the visual narrative that drew the buyers attention, once they entered the home, to the lake view, which led them to move out to the backyard and see the boat deck.

Once the home was fully staged and looked incredible, the owners were so emotionally impacted by the new feel of the home that they decided to keep the property and not even put the home up for sale.

For us, that was the ultimate victory because once again we got the right family into the home.
