During our consultation, I explained my work process and how I would create the right feel for their home. The biggest challenge for me was that the unit was located in an older building that had no amenities with high association fees during a slow real estate market.

Again, I created a look and feel that was warm and inviting. This home sold in 14 days close to asking price at $536,000, and the buyers were real estate investors. Today, the same units sell for over $900,000.

Again, the staging drew in the right buyer from all the buyer pool's. As they say, you never know where your buyer will come from, and my goal is to make sure that I create the right look and feel to tap into all the buyer pool's leaving no stone unturned.
