Home buyers have a hard time visualizing room size and seeing how their furniture fits into the empty space. Once upon a time this rental unit was in bad shape, in fact the previous tenant had done a bad job of taking care of it and it looked run down.

I stepped in and transformed this space into an inviting and emotionally charged home with spectacular views of the city. To give you an idea of the power of staging a home, the neighbor on the same floor was on the market for sale for just over $600,000, and eventually sold his unit for $590,000 a few months after my client sold his unit.

After staging the home, the owners accepted an offer for $805,000 selling it in 7 days, that's $215,000 more than the other unit in a fraction of the time.

The homeowners were extremely happy with the additional financial gains, and the listing agent was so glad that I staged the home, which allowed him to list more properties. The return on investment for the owners was enormous.
