This project was for a busy family with 2 young children. They are relocating to a different city and needed to sell quickly. We completed a consultation and provided them with all the necessary advice to help them not only sell quickly but for top dollar. They updated all the countertops in the home, refinished the kitchen cabinet, painted throughout. The house was sold firm in five days without any conditions. This all happened in an ever changing market where properties are taking much longer to sell.
