An older home on acreage, the owners are subdividing the parcel into 6 small acreage lots of which this is one. The goal was to rehabilitate the exterior of the property, removing substantial overgrowth, adding definition to the house exterior, adding a new driveway and improving the front walkway. We removed fencing, buried electrical lines and re-routed the existing ditch to allow for better access and future relocation of the pump to connect to the new irrigation system once the rest of the subdivision infrastructure is installed.
