The homeowner needed help solving substantial drainage issues in the backyard area. Tallgrass reworked the entire backyard grade, removed an old concrete patio slab and created positive drainage away from the house to a shallow swale around the back and south side of the property. We additionally added gravel to a large portion of the yard behind the garage and helped redirect rainwater drainage from an adjoining alley away from the subject property. Future improvements include further xeric landscaping and a new patio.
