Existing lawn was very uneven with sunken areas that trapped rain / irrigation water and had poor sprinkler system coverage. We removed the existing grass, leveled / regraded the entire area to allow for proper shedding of excess water and installed concrete curbing around most sides of the lawn. Also improved the existing sprinkler system with new maxipaw heads and proper spacing / throw radius's.
