New construction on small acreage. The homeowners wanted a very open, park-like setting with elevated areas to be used as practice "T-boxes" as well as several smooth areas that could be mowed to represent golf greens. The bigger challange was the 100' x 100' x 12'd pond and associated irrigation system. We constructed a custom sluse tank with a float valve to help filter irrigation water prior to entering the pond and then a pump house for the 5Hp pump and mainline start into the property sprinkler system. System consisted of 18 valve zones and 4,000+ feet of pipe. We finished by constructing a custom pergola on the rear patio for a future outdoor kitchen area.
