New construction on 3.5 acres. Owners needed to landscape the front 1/2 of the property as well as provide automatic sprinkler coverage to both the yard area as well as pasture and septic area coverage. The homeowners wanted the front of the property xeric in nature with only drip irrigation service, a larger lawn area in back and impact sprinkler coverage over the pasture. The entire sprinkler system consisted of 24 zones and over 3,000 feet of pipe. The soil in the area was also very alkaline in nature requiring specialized hydroseeding (sod turf grass was not an option) seeding mixtures.
