A whole house remodel and addition of a new garage, bedroom, master bedroom and master bath. The clients were moving back to the city and back into their first house. This had been their first house and then a rental for years while they moved out to the suburbs. Now that they were ready to come back the house needed a major update, a garage and some more space. It was gutted to a shell and everything was changed.
