Modern update of a kitchen and family room. Clerestory windows borrow light from a sunroom beyond. A back painted glass back splash, white cabinets with glass, and light colored counters help to further brighten the space and contrast with the clear finished walnut island. Opposite the kitchen a fireplace was removed and built-in storage for records and a turntable along with walnut floating shelves complete the design.
