This was a total home remodel and included a conversion to a first floor primary suite and new dormer to allow to more space on the second floor. This a common floor plan in Prairie Village, KS and we're worked on a number of houses with the same existing plan. This is one of the most open solutions and included modifying an existing addition to the rear of the house. The open stairs totally transformed this house and separates the dining from from the living room and kitchen.
