It isn't often that we get to renovate an old RDM project! With a new owner the existing kitchen no longer fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. An existing exterior wall was removed opening the kitchen to the sunroom. This allowed for an island and more than double the amount of storage. The laundry room and mudroom became a part of the larger space hidden by custom casework. The existing corner window and skylight remained and bring light into the crisp clean space.
