After completing a previous renovation project on the client's primary residence we were approached to design a vacation home for them on a challenging site at Table Rock Lake. The view is the star on this site and the house was designed to take advantage of it from the moment you drive up. Whether it's from your car as you drive up or through the two story window wall you're faced with a spectacular view of the lake. The style is a rustic contemporary and fits in nicely with the landscape and has some unique features including a three sections of glass floor which let light into the lower level hallway. A simple standing seem butterfly roof keeps the attention on the view.
