The project included replaced an existing very small single car garage with an art studio and a more generous garage. The client is a retired math teacher with a passion for watercolor and not oly did we give her a new lightfilled space for art but we added another bathroom and a laundry room. A library ladder provides access to a mechanical mezzanine and additional storage. Sliding doors add a little visual interest, tie in nicely with the library ladder and are a big hit with the grandkids.
