4 Season Room - Delmonaco
Embassy Construction, LLC recently completed this 4 Season Room and Exterior Facelift-Home Makeover in Dubuque, IA with a breezeway connecting the new addition to the existing structure. A
All existing roofing was removed & new asphalt shingles installed. New fascia and soffit installed. New gutters, downspouts & steel siding installed. All exterior windows were capped with aluminum. New breezeway stairs feature black metal rails. The focal point of the Four Season Room is the custom stained wood cathedral ceiling. All interior doors and windows of the new 4 Season Room were trimmed in matching wood for a rustic look. The flooring is Luxury Vinyl Planking with four-inch baseboard. Mike Vondal owns and operates Embassy Construction and personally handled all finish carpentry.
