This ranch style walkout home features three bedrooms, three full baths, and a two-car garage. The finished lower level includes a spacious bedroom, a large family room, and full bathroom.

The scope of work for this home was to remove all flooring on both levels and install luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout the main level and wall to wall carpet on the lower level. All fixtures and vanities removed, the garage painted, the kitchen gutted, and the laundry room relocated to the lower level. The kitchen was to be enlarged by about 60 square feet with the addition of a walk-in pantry and a 12-foot island.

All walls were painted (double coated) with new 6-inch wood baseboards 6-panel interior doors, and custom door trim. The kitchen was remodeled with self-closing cabinets & drawers, a large kitchen island, custom granite tops, and under-mount sink. The backsplash is ceramic tile. All of this work was completed in 21 consecutive workdays ( Mon - Friday) July 16 through August 10, 2018,
